Interesting. On the same day of the incident people aren't concerned with the deaths or any innocent people injured or how to prevent this sort of thing from reoccurring, but are solely distressed over their pocket books. I suppose if this shooting had happened just one block to the east it may not have made it to the front page.

I guess he needs a tax write off or maybe he did not take note of what just happened to Hostess.

While I find this very entertaining and consider it a great idea from His Honor, I can't help but to think how it fuels the continuation of the objectifying of women. You'd think we have enough of that already in this city. Will we ever satisfy our thirst for booze (alcohol is a drug) and broads? If you have a daughter, please look at her face and give it some thought because this is clearly not leading by example.

It may take a generation to rectify this.

There is nothing outstanding about a Hooters Casino, especially in Vegas. If it were in downtown Kabul it could really stand out.

I love cupcakes but don't forget what happened to Krispy Kreme. People are already too fat (Especially in Nevada). Cupcakes are in fashion now and that won't last long so cash in on them while you can. I will definitely try a few.

Why is Las Vegas always playing "catch up"? It seems to me that all the people making the management decisions for the city are incompetent. The casino industry has tried to lead the way but because of greed and infighting they have failed. Our city is disjointed, disorganized, and disconnected from it's citizens. What do our leaders think the answer is? Simple... add a few ferris wheels. What the deuce man?

The same people who could not predict the crash are now telling us they can see twenty years into the future? They couldn't see 3 years ahead. What a joke. Maybe they should try predicting the end of day prices first. See if that works.

The Cosmo needs to find balance between gaming, entertainment and dining. It will only succeed if the management gets back to basics and quits messing around trying to be hip. NEWS FLASH! It's hip to be yourself. The Cosmopolitan staff should just admit that they are a Hotel/CASINO. Yea, they are a very cool Hotel/Casino but they're trying too hard to be cool. If you're really cool, you don't have to pay people to remind everyone that you are cool.

Look... It's a Hotel/Casino. You can put makeup on it. You can shower it in perfume. But it's still a Hotel/Casino. The same people that are there are in the Aria and likely in the Bellagio. The only thing special about the Cosmo is that it is new and once that wears off, folks will start to see reality and it will implode because the owners didn't understand the term "Saturation Point." If I were to compare the Cosmopolitan to a movie, I'd compare it to "Lost in Translation." Only instead of it costing 4 million USD to make, it cost 100 million USD. Get the picture?
