When someone throws out "game changer", that's code for a misdirection of intent. I have used the existing route for over seven years, and cannot imagine someone wanting to pay to avoid the segment from Railroad Pass Casino to the Hacienda Casino, which has two lights...that's it. This is obviously a need work or need income program designed to fleece local taxpayers out of half-a-billion dollars. That's right, billion with a B. You want to improve traffic through this area? Time the lights at Railroad Pass Casino, on the westbound segment of Hwy 93, so that the light for the one or two vehicles that merge into the Highway, doesn't trigger as often, stopping dozens of vehicles for minutes.
