Caesars Entertainment properties on the Las Vegas Strip will again charge for parking starting Oct. 30 for some visitors, officials announced today.

Self-parking remains free for locals, registered hotel guests and Caesars Rewards loyalty members rated Platinum and above. There’s a 60-minute grace period before rates are applied.

It’s $12 to park for 1-4 hours, and $15 for up to 24 hours. Here’s the complete rate schedule.

“With this updated self-parking policy, we intend to take care of our best customers – locals, hotel guests and loyal Caesars Rewards members – and provide them with ease and better access to our Las Vegas properties as they continue to stay and play with us,” said Tom Reeg, CEO of Caesars Entertainment, Inc., in a statement.

Resort companies waived parking fees when properties reopened this summer after nearly three months of closures because of the pandemic. Caesars is the first company to bring back fees, although it says money collected through the end of the first quarter will be donated to local charities helping residents facing economic distress because of the pandemic.

Rates apply at: Caesars Palace, Paris, Bally’s, Flamingo, The LINQ and Harrah’s. Self-parking at Miracle Miles Shops at Planet Hollywood remains free.
