The $620 million overhaul of the Palms is coming into focus with the unveiling of its revamped hotel rooms, including a $40,000 per night villa that accommodates 52 guests.

Parent company Station Casinos' project includes the transformation of the near-Strip property’s Fantasy Tower guest rooms, Sky Villas, and the new Executive Suites.

“As we introduce our completely renovated new-room product offerings this summer, we are thrilled to debut our newly revamped look and offer guests elevated accommodations during their experience at Palms,” said Jon Gray, general manager at the Palms. “We teamed up with the best interior design partners possible, Avenue Interior Design and Bentel & Bentel Architects, to meticulously create the most sophisticated and one-of-a-kind room offering out there for all types of guests.”

The Sky Villas and their renowned infinity pools overlooking the Las Vegas Strip are the crown jewels of the property’s rooms. All guests staying in Sky Villas have private round-trip ground transportation, in-suite amenities including one-touch automation controls for the room, Dyson hair dryers, a redwood cedar sauna, massage room, and fitness room complete with a Peloton indoor bicycle and a Woodway Treadmill.

The two-story Sky Villa located on the 32nd floor has reservations starting at $40,000 a night.

The 8,500-square-foot, two-story, two-bedroom villa (with optional salon suite connector) can fit up to 52 guests.

Sleek design mixed with modern comforts across two floors, the villa features tall ceilings, a 17-seat bar with two lounge and media areas. The dining area seats eight guests and a gaming area features a pool and foosball tables.

The large bedrooms are outfitted with California King beds, large closets and bathrooms with walk-in steam showers for two and deep soaking tubs with hydrotherapy bubble massage air jets, Toto Neorest automatic commodes.

The two one-story Sky Villas on floors 29 and 31 both start at $25,000 per night, but offer different amenities.

The 29th floor Sky Villa encompasses 5,000 square feet with a spacious layout. The 31st floor one-story Sky Villa is 5,000 square feet, with reservations starting at $25,000.

Four one-story Sky Villas, and two two-story Sky Villas, each with their own aesthetic, sit high atop the Fantasy Tower’s top floors. Two of the six villas — 29 and 31 — are available for stay dates now, while the other four will be available for stay dates through this year.

The updated penthouses, designed by Avenue Interior, start at $1,500 per night.

The one-bedroom penthouses range from 1,400-1,800 square feet and feature a grand black marble entrance, sepia-toned wood paneling and custom-designed carpets.

The penthouse is equipped with multiple large-screen televisions and fully functional bars amid curated contemporary artwork and unique furnishings in jewel tones and rich woods providing a modern contrast.

The 1,900-square-foot, two-bedroom penthouse goes for $2,000 a night and features a masculine theme with a mixed-marble entry, dark wood paneling and views of Las Vegas through floor-to-ceiling windows.

The Salon and Grand Suites start at $199 a night and offer a full wet bar with custom cabinetry, marble countertops and a full-height bronze mirror accent wall.

The suites include sofa beds for added guest accommodations, and renovated bathrooms feature a large walk-in shower and modern soaking tub, both of Zebrino marble.

Select suites include bathrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows as well.

Palms is also introducing new 840-square-foot executive suites. Stating at $199 a night, the rooms are designed to cater to the needs of business travelers.

They offer multiple 65-inch televisions for presentations, a large living room with meeting space and an in-room conference table.

The renovated resort rooms start at $139 a night and feature white oak cabinetry, custom-designed furniture and polished chrome hardware as well as updated bathrooms with a walk-in shower made of striped Zebrino marble and large backlit vanities.

Palms will also unveil renovated one-of-a-kind Themed Suites, formerly known as the Fantasy Suites, later this year.

The room remodels are now available for guest booking at fromdusttogold.palms.com. Sky Villas guests are encouraged to contact a luxury sales representative at 702-942-1222 or [email protected]
