Vivace’s panoramic views of the Las Vegas Valley tops off the $14 million facility’s 22 rooms, which range from 147 square feet to 9,000 square feet.

“We designed Enclave with the intent to be able to say ‘yes’ to every special events request,” said Keith Conrad, managing partner of Enclave.

“You want a circular track to hold cars above your guests’ heads? Yes,” Conrad said. A private concert for 1,000 people? Yes. A dream wedding on a rooftop with sparkling lights that goes on late into the night, plus plenty of room for the bride and her bridesmaids to get ready? Absolutely.”

3G Productions, partners in the project, has equipped the venue with the latest lighting and audio/video technology and spaces designed with acoustics in mind.

Enclave features a 9,000-square-foot event space, a 6,250-square-foot ballroom, a 4,600-square-foot reception space and 350 dedicated parking spaces.
