Alexia Crowley is a senior associate in the Medical Office/Healthcare Properties division of Colliers International – Las Vegas. Patti Dillon of Colliers achieved the SIOR designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. SIOR is a Washington, DC-based international professional organization of more than 3,000 commercial real estate professionals. Dillon becomes the 10th SIOR designee for Colliers International’s Las Vegas office.

Gary Siroky is the chief operating officer of DC Building Group. Bill Purington is a superintendent.

Alicia Syverson is the 2017 chairwoman of the community outreach committee for CREW-LV, a nonprofit organization for people in commercial real estate.

Denise Kallow is a project manager Grand Canyon Development Partners. Jason Norgan is a project coordinator.

Susan Borst, Dan Doherty, Ryan Martin and Taber Thill of Colliers International — Las Vegas, were recognized by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. They won the award for Largest Dollar Volume Member to Member Office Transaction for their collaborative efforts in the sale of the 222,268 square foot office property at 6355 South Buffalo Drive in Las Vegas, Nevada, for $66.5 million.

Chad Hirschi, president & CEO of Hirschi Masonry, was named to the Governor’s Workforce Development Board for the State of Nevada.

Renae Russo is a vice president with Sun Commercial Real Estate.

Tom Richardson is a senior project manager with McCarthy Building Companies.

Phillip Keuch is business development associate with the Larking Group at NAI Vegas.

Seven brokers from Las Vegas joined the Colliers Everest Club: Mike DeLew, Dan Doherty, Scott Gragson, Pat Marsh, Mike Mixer, Mike Stuart and Dean Willmore. Their 2016 revenue places them in the top 10 percent of brokers across the Americas and qualifies them as recipients of the award. DeLew is executive vice president of industrial division; Doherty is executive vice president in the industrial division; Gragson is executive vice president of the land division; Marsh is senior vice president of the industrial division; Mixer is executive managing director of the hotel group USA; Stuart is executive vice president of the land division; and Willmore is executive vice president of the industrial division.

Ted Baker is the vice president of Logic Commercial Real Estate.

Lisa Harris is assistant vice president and manager of Carrington Real Estate Services.
